For the LAD, the correct answers are patent stent and Moderate stenosis.

For the LCX, the correct answers are patent stent and Severe stenosis.

This angiogram has several key findings. Without contrast, on x-ray you can see there are stents in the LAD, diagonal and LCX. All stents are patent, though there is some moderate in-stent restenosis (ISR) in the mid to distal LAD

What appears to be a ramus or high OM1 branch has a severe ostial lesion. Additionally there is a moderate ostial LCX lesion and a mild ostial LAD lesion.
